Availability
Retainer Model
A proportion of clients are on annual retainers to ensure the responsiveness and availability they require to meet their on-going needs. POA

Initial & Case by Case Basis
Clients initally use our services on an hourly rate to meet an urgent need and then move to a Retainer Model if both parties agree this is appropriate, pending availability.
The remainder of clients use our services on a case by case basis however availability varies throughout a week and throughout the annual calendar. A proportion of sessions are kept available for clients with ad hoc urgent coaching needs and can be attended to within 24 hours (see loadings below).
