The International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialing process outlines training, professional development, mentoring and ethics guidelines.
Membership with the ICF (Member ID 1037618) has been held and their guidelines adhered to in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, since the company was formed.
The Company founder, Michelle Homa, has been involved in the International Coach Federations Pilot Program to introduce Coach Supervision for Professional Coaches in Australia, to ensure duty of care to both clients and coaching professionals.
All Coach & Co. Associate Coaches are required to coach Principal Coaches to assess and monitor coaching expertise, in addition to their completed training, credentials and coaching experience.
