Coach & Co. Pty Ltd is a boutique coaching firm, officially formed in 2007 to meet the need for specialist coaching services. All the research suggested Australia was about to embrace specialised external coaching just as Canada, America and the United Kingdom had before it, and this has since proven to be accurate. Whilst there is certainly a place for coaching being another bow to a consulting firm, our focus on ‘just coaching’ allows us the time and space to research, develop and measure not only the latest coaching methods but the most solid and successful over time.
We offer pure and powerful executive coaching, workplace coaching, performance coaching and life coaching to professionals, technical experts, creative thinkers, leaders, businesses, teams, groups and more.
Coach & Co. offers a responsive and fresh coaching approach to a diverse and rich client base:

- Of all ages, from 17 through to 82, both male and female;
- From rural, regional and coastal areas to urban areas and cities; and
- Within both the public and private sectors
Our style of coaching is professional and focused, with a good dose of a relaxed attitude and genuine interest in getting clients what they want. While we are very passionate about results, it would be fair to say our coaches are not just results oriented professionals. They are self aware, confident, relaxed, intuitive, and highly skilled. Coaching hours under your belt is one thing but a maturity, depth and capacity to unlock the unique blend of personality, preferences, values, strengths and outcomes required by each individual is a developed talent, some might say an art-form.
Our philosophy is similar to the structured coaching process. We are clear about what our company does, we focus carefully on the most efficient and effective coaching services, we measure our processes and outcomes, we trust our methods and our professionals and this is what we believe brings about the results.
Coach & Co. has access to in excess of 20 professional Coaches on an ongoing basis, with the potential to expand this capacity when required through our strong affiliations with training bodies and industry bodies (including the International Coaching Federation). Our Coaches are selected from varied backgrounds to enable stronger matching of coach and coachee, with experience in a variety of industries, locations and types of delivery.

Coach & Co. trains all affiliates and sub-contractors in its methodology (utilising an in-house Reference Manual) including Quality Assurance, Ethics, Coaching Tools and Methods, ensuring consistency of outcomes and, where required, expands this to include training around the client’s specific requirements.
Coach & Co.’s Induction Procedure for employees comprises the following process:
- Familiarisation of Coaching policies, procedures and premises;
- Agreement to, and training in, the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and Coach & Co.’s Quality Assurance standards; and
- Familiarisation with Confidentiality Practices
